Preferred Realtor Bonus Program

As our way of saying "Thank You" for entrusting your valuable customers to us to provide a quality home building experience, we wish to extend the following bonus program to you. Earn extra cash for each contract we close. Bring us your first customer and we'll pay you an additional $1,000 above our regular 4% realtor co-op at closing.

Bring us your second customer and we'll up the bonus to $2,000.
Bring us your third customer and... you get the picture!

Homes must close to receive the bonus and co-op. Contracts written after August may close in 2008.
